When you send an enquiry

We store the information you enter, the submission time, the relevant website and any campaign source used to reach the form. It is used to answer your enquiry and manage requested work or release interest, not added to an unrelated marketing list. Do not send private records or credentials.

New or closed enquiries are removed after 180 days. Active enquiries and payment records are retained while needed to administer the work and meet record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, a random browser identifier is saved for up to 30 days. We measure page paths, referral domains, campaign labels and selected actions such as enquiry-button clicks. Approximate country is looked up on our server using your IP address; the analytics database does not retain the raw IP. Location is an estimate, not a precise address.

Raw analytics events are removed after 90 days. There are no advertising trackers or session recordings. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent enquiries. We respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Hosting and necessary processing

Hosting is provided through Hostinger. The web server may keep access and security logs containing IP addresses. Short-lived hashed IP identifiers are used to limit spam and sign-in attempts. Theme and consent choices may be saved locally in your browser.

Owner access and email

Private dashboard access uses a time-limited code sent to the configured owner email. Sign-in sessions use a secure, HTTP-only cookie lasting up to eight hours. Email providers process delivery of owner codes and notifications. Dashboard data is not publicly available.

Checkout providers

When enabled, hosted checkout links take you to Selar or Paystack. They handle payment information under their own policies. We do not collect card numbers on this website. Finished products and final usage terms must be available before a product checkout is activated.

Location data

IP country estimates use the DB-IP Lite database. IP Geolocation by DB-IP, provided under its attribution licence.
