Worked example

From scattered notes
to a review-ready draft.

A fictional agency brief and a prepared example of its output. This demonstration does not call an AI model or represent a client result.

The brief

Client: Sample Studio
Objective: Introduce a new notebook range
Audience: Independent creatives
Deliverables: 6 social posts and one email
Timing: Two weeks after approved assets
Budget: Not confirmed
Assets: Product photography supplied by client

The prepared draft

Objective
Introduce the notebook range to independent creatives.

Proposed scope
Six social posts and one launch email, using approved client photography.

Timeline
Two weeks after assets and scope are approved.

Before approval
Confirm the budget, copy approver, revision allowance and publication responsibility. No fee or sales outcome has been invented.

The useful part is the review boundary. Missing inputs are flagged rather than turned into invented facts. A person approves pricing, claims and commitments before a proposal leaves the team.
